Miracles and Testimonies

Hello again, Everyone!
 
Just wanted to update you on Mary and her health condition.  She is doing very well . . . Praise God!  She has actually gained some weight, but don't tell her that I told you this :)  The whites of her eyes are becoming more white everyday, her skin color is returning to its normal color, and her lips are pinkish red again.  Mary says she feels really good and energetic.  
 
Mary has a doctor's appointment tomorrow, Friday, June 26th.  The hospital called and said that the doctor wanted to see her.  Mary completed her 5th chemotherapy treatment last week and her blood test results indicate that chemotherapy is effective for Mary.  I'm hoping that the doctor will order another CAT scan to check the condition of her liver and what is happening to the tumors, especially the large tumor in the center of the liver.
 
If you would continue to pray with me for complete miraculous healing for Mary.  
 
Thank you again so much for all your prayers.  I am very much indebted to ya'll for your fervent prayers for Mary and my family.

Hi Everyone!
 
Just wanted to update you on Mary's visit to the doctor's last Friday.  The doctor who has no bedside manners has taken special interest in my sister's case, and is making special arrangements to see Mary, even though other resident/fellow oncologists want to see her.  Anyhow, he has stated that Mary's case is "definitely God's miracle" because he has never seen a case like this before.  Mary will continue with chemotherapy treatments a few more times before he orders a CAT scan to view the tumors in her liver.  Mary is improving every time she goes in to have her blood tested.  Praise God!!  
 
Mary asked the doctor if she would be able to continue with school and get a job.  The oncologist stated that she would be on "permanent disability" and to go meet with the social worker.  I don't particularly like this term that the doctor used.  I am praying for wisdom and discernment about this term he used.  
 
We are all grateful and praising God for continuing to heal Mary, and asking for more and complete healing for her, and physical, emotional, and spiritual strength as she continues with chemotherapy.  She will be going in for her 6th chemotherapy treatment this Thursday, July 2nd.  
 
Thank you again for all your prayers and encouraging emails.  I know without a doubt that through this community of prayers like you have made the difference.  
 
I will continue to keep you posted as new updates are available.

Hi Everyone!
 
I hope ya'll are surviving the heat of this summer.  Just wanted to update you on Mary's condition.  She is doing very well.  The last chemo seemed to have a delayed effect on Mary's body, where she felt tired and achy 2 days after receiving chemotherapy.  In any case, it took the average 5 days for her body to recover from it and she is more energetic.  She's been taking back some responsibilities little by little and have been relieving me and my other sister, Carol.  
 
Thank you for all your fervent prayers.  Our family is definitely seeing the answers to your wonderful prayers, and God has been beyond gracious and merciful to Mary and all of us during this time.  We definitely give all praise, glory, and honor to God and His healing touch.  Mary has been sharing her testimony with our extended family and friends, and as she shares of God's merciful healing hands upon her, there's never a dry eye.  I wish ya'll could see how healthy Mary looks these days.  Many friends and family members are amazed the difference from even a month ago.  And Mary has been attributing all to God.  
Mary had her blood drawn today, and the results will come out tomorrow (Thursday).  Please pray that the results continue to show even more improvement than the last blood tests, and that she is producing enough red and white blood cell counts, so that she can proceed with her 7th chemotherapy treatment.

Also, Andy I so want to thank you for that wonderful offer of traveling with you and Gunilla.  However, right now it does not seem to work for us.  Don needs to concentrate on his healing and the next day after we met with our pastor Paul Harmon the offices that we have wanted to move to came available.  Don "Accidentally", "Coincidentally" ran into the attorney who was renting from us and he told us that he could not continue. So, in all that mix, I will also have a large room for whatever the Lord wants to do next with me.  No vision yet!

So let's continue praying.  I am so encouraged at what you have taken on with SoCal Revival.  There was another testimony in my bible study yesterday with a woman who attended and went forward one of the evenings regarding her eating habits and overweight.
She looks great and is glowing and the Lord is helping her mightily.
